Currently we are operating 6 cloud kitchens in Delhi NCR having a commissary at Rohini, looking forward to open 4-6 dine in outlets in different Delhi NCR location.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Area Manager at Seven Seas Hotel in Delhi, India. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the F&B operations, creating menu concepts in consultation with chef & management, supervising staff, maintaining food quality service standards, and ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
Qualifications
• Experience in hotel management, Retail, Cloud kitchens, hospitality, or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and visit outlets in Delhi NCR as per requirement & schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
• Understanding of customer service principles
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Certifications in hotel management or related areas are a plus
