Job Purpose

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities:
• Capability and Capacity Building
• Ideation capability & capacity building for optimisation and new process and workflows for efficiency. With focus on technology and automation.
• Identifying training needs and ensuring with proper monitoring of Training Rollout & Implementation – Ensure smooth implementation of new builds liaison with L&D team for content preparation. Ensure feedback of end users for further improvements & sustenance management.
• Identifying & solutioning improvement opportunities : Conducting VOC’s Surveys and branch visits for identifying opportunities and consulting subject matter experts data analysis and research for plausible solutions.
• BRD Timelines & Quality – To adhere to BRD timelines discussed with the stakeholders. Also ensure that the build envisaged is chalked out in the BRD document comprehensively.
• Stakeholder Alignment
• Vendor identification and relationship building
• Liaison with cross functional teams like IT Vendors BIU L&D to ensure project delivery & solutioning.
• Providing assistance to Business and support function for efficient operations
• Monitoring and ensuring BI activities including- Incentive for all Products; Monthly Review Automated Decks MIS Dashboard Database Management
• Monitoring Policy and system administration team activities including- User ID Creation Temporary Mapping Identifying errors and Reporting BRD Review and UD Signoffs Continuous policy and system testing
• Monitoring and evaluation of Projects
• Monitoring and ensuring BRD Timelines & Quality – To adhere to BRD timelines discussed with the stakeholders. Also ensure that the build envisaged is chalked out in the BRD document comprehensively.
• Monitoring and ensuring UAT Timelines & Quality – Ensure scenario development to cover all possibilities from the end user perspective and complete testing to meet the timeline requirements.
