Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the operations of multiple cloud kitchen facilities within your designated area.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food quality, and operational protocols.
Lead a team of shift Managers and Kitchen staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
Conduct product training for the kitchen staff on the product recipes, and then perform audits to ensure strict adherence to these recipes.
To educate kitchen staff on the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, SCM, and Customer Service, to optimize overall performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs and wastage and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance metrics and report on performance to senior management.
Identify and address operational challenges and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the Operations team.
Qualification:
-Must have experience in Cloud Kitchen Industry or QSR chain & Delhi / NCR market.
-Experience of 3-4 yrs as Area Manager & should have handled 8+ Cloud Kitchens / Stores /Cafes.
-Must have Excellent knowledge of Excel.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
