Job Description
• Manages a team of Premium Current Account RMs
• Ensure acquisition Premium Current account customers in the branch and value build up in these accounts through the team of RMs
• To ensure regular catchment mapping & scoping for the CA, Trade forex Businessthrough team oprepare list of potential high value customers from each identified segments in the catchment
• To maintain continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by Team through customer visits /joint calls.
• Drive profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex ,CMS.
