We are seeking a Field Officer / Area Officer with strong leadership and coordination skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring proper deployment of manpower, and maintaining effective communication between office staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor security and facility personnel at multiple sites
Ensure timely deployment and replacement of manpower as per client requirements
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service standards are maintained
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the operations team
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure manpower availability
Resolve operational issues swiftly and professionally
Maintain daily reports and submit updates to the head office
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and performance of on-ground staff
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the security services industry)
Graduate in any discipline
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple sites efficiently
Proficient in report writing and basic computer operations
Willingness to travel locally for site supervision
