Job Description:
1. Ensure 100% compliances like Branch Compliance such as
Trade License Renewal/Shop Act Renewal, Mandatory Notices
etc.
2. Receipt books and Repo Kits Management (Stationery Indent
to Audit)
3. Keeping the track of repo sold vehicles
4. Repossessed Vehicle Sale & Stockyard Management
5. Monthly audit of agency/online receipts/Yard stocks.
6. Reconciliation of Cash /DD instruments
7. Liasoning with Various internal as well as external
stakeholders such as Legal/Repayment/Admin/Customer
Service / Collections/RBI CEPC/RTO
8. Reconciliation of bank account - D.D and Cash open items
Timely.
+. TTO Set Management.
10. Vendor Management.
11. Record Keeping and Admin Activities
12. Ensure 100% Compliance of Process and policies
13. Review Process and suggest process improvements
14. Supervising & ensuring the adherence to the compliance at
RO and all branches.
15. Coordinating with other state holders and relationship
management.
16. I & Charges collection for the branches in State
17. Monitor Cross sale of Insurance & Lead generation
18. Plan and ensure execution of Service Camps for the State
1+. Support and implementation of projects in State given by HO
