Essential Job Results
• This role is responsible to drive the overall business objectives for the Franchise channel for the designated region of India.
• To ensure existing stores exhibit monthly, quarterly, Annual sales Growth
• The role would be responsible for Net sales target achievement, aligning partners to store expansion, consolidation, and renovations.
• To ensure franchisees adhere to IPOS software use, SOP guidelines, and Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Set team objectives, targets, guidelines, and review assess all reports
• Manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
• To improve the retail experience at each Xtep Partner franchised store
• To provide customer feedback, product feedback, service ideas
• Increase sales for like-to-like stores as per agreed targets.
• One of the key deliverables of this role is to grow store KPIs, people and space productivity, and overall channel growth.
• To understand the market well to estimate sales accurately
• Ensure profitability for franchisee & sustainable business for Xtep
• Drive excellence in retail operations and achieve productivity and service objectives for stores
• Implement Support and ensure the success of retail training programs, VM stories, incentive programs, Model store roll out and learning apps.
• Maintain a degree of standardization across all stores by ensuring SOP adherence at each shop
• Evaluate & drive store partner wise P&L in conjunction with the Finance team regularly
• Ensure customer enrolment for the Loyalty program
• Build market intelligence insights by gathering information on the competition, sales benchmarks and identifying the right locations for outdoor media or BTL marketing activities
• To aid and implement regionally the retail Marketing Brand building initiatives.
• It involves high levels of engagement in franchise partner management and best-in-class execution in retail operations for the region.
Job Requirements
• Results orientated and self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Strong analytical skills to allow for data-based selling
• Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as negotiating skills
• Organization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail, and accuracy
• Lead and drive performance from all the store employees
• Measure progress on own KPIs
• Analyze and monitor all reports
• Monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and propose initiate take actions
• Provide realistic plans and forecasts on store performances
