YOUR MISSION
Key Objectives
• Managing and growing the Partner stores business of PUMA in North region.
• Responsible for driving growth of sales in the given region
• Coordinate with multiple teams internally for strategy formulation
• Maintaining external relationships and networks for smooth operations
• Deliver targeted sales nos. and margin from partner stores by driving desired Puma Retail standards.
• Business Development of new PUMA partner stores as per budget. Developing and consolidating the distributors and dealer network for growing the multi brand outlet business for PUMA in the region.
• Tracking competition to keep abreast of new developments in the market and providing regular feedback to the product team to ensure constant improvement in the product offering.
• Ensuring timely payments from Retailers & distributors and maintaining financial health of the business for the region.
• Leading a team of Sales associates and formulating regional sales plans in line with business objectives and growth targets.
• Steering margin negotiations with distributors and retail partners to ensure profitability. Responsible for evaluation and optimization of up scaling space allocation in existing locations as well as grabbing opportunities in new locations on premium doors.
