• Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management
• Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
• Manage & Guide team of CSO’s/ Senior CSO’ to deliver desired results
• Sales Planning
• Width – Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes
• Depth – Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
• Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned
• Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets
• Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales Manager on monthly basis
