Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for product establishment, Development of new products
• Achieve sales target.
• Achieve sales target in the assigned territory.
• Forecasting and planning of demand at the start of each month
• Identify new retailers /markets for conversion.
• Convert the identified retailer’s /Market opportunities.
• Follow the permanent journey cycle as per the sale force.
• Implement secondary promotion schemes rolls over from time to time.
• Market development activity like kiosk activity at the retailer’s place
• Market intelligence-gather information from the market on competition activity & market mapping
• Management of receivables
• Ensure collection as per the credit policy.
• Reporting –monthly visit
• Manage various sales reports through customer interface management.
• Track secondary sales date through salesforce.
• Appoint new dealer & develop the business in all Sector.
Required Skills:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BE/Diploma/Any graduate/ MBA-Preferred
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP: 3-6 years
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE: Experience in handling sales of Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Abrasives, cutting tools, Power tools-Knowledge of retail business.
