To achieve sales targets and to build excellent clientrelationships for positioning of all products.1. Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers2. To Improve Distribution Network3. Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New Dealers for first 1 month4. Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers / distributors to our network5. Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales6. Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns7. Visit to Dealers as per PJP8. Market mapping to increase counter share+. Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes includingPJP/DSR/MIS etc.10.
