THE JOB :
- To achieve the sales target from the branch.
- Ensure market penetration and sales growth
- Channel management and expansion
- Implement different Programs and schemes to get desired results through General trade and retail.
- Promote sales plans, trade programs, distributor and partner meets, exhibitions to ensure sales growth
- Develop Distribution plans and alternate channels to achieve maximum market penetration and increase sales volume.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to boost sales.
- Understanding and assess market potential for key untapped markets
- Guide and motivate the sales team
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Franchise owners and Distributors.
THE CANDIDATE :
Must have :
- Experience in Consumer electronics industries
(Candidates from electronics like reliance,LG,croma,panasonic,bajaj,TMC)
- Fulltime MBA (Marketing) with5-10 years experience
- Must have handled multiple teams
- Must have managed a team of sales managers
- Must have handled area sales and General trade
- Age not more than 40
