• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
• Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns
• Deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation and managing cash flow
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Plan and direct sales team training
• Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention
• Develop TopPropMart as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies
