Job Responsibilities:
· Achieves Individual Targets and Team Targets Product wise.
· Competition Mapping
· Network Roll Out
· To visit and support the retailers and BCs.
· Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory
· Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
· Should possess Product/ solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.
· Good knowledge of the retail industry
· Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities
· Customer-centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
· Ability to work independently and in teams.
· Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches.
· Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills.
· Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximise sales.
Experience
· Candidate must have 3+ year of field sales experience in retail merchant development.
· candidate must be from fintech industry.
