SYNOPSIS OF REQUIREMENT
Sex : Male
Age : 25 – 32 years (Not more than 35 in any case)
Education : Preferably Graduate
Speaks : Hindi
Understands : Hindi, English and Regional language
Writes : Hindi & English
Computer Literacy : Email writing. MS-Excel (Basic). At ease with Internet and
Smartphone usage
Work Experience : Field Sales experience of Minimum 5 years with
Indian company / MNC of repute, Maximum 8 years, Candidates Only
From Hardcore FMCG No Telecom, Banking or Insurance etc. industries
Strictly No freshers
Remuneration CTC : Current Salary – Rs. 25,000 - 28,000 per month
Expectation 15-20% growth
Additionally, Monthly Incentive & Allowances – Field Working, Internet, Travel etc.
(However remuneration would not be a constraint for the right candidate)
Locations : Delhi/ Rajasthan / Punjab / UP / Haryana
Ideal Candidates : Worked 3-5 years as frontline sales officer / Sales representative with
companies like Marico, Dabur, Emami Henkel , Godrej, Reckitts,
or with third party payrolls of reputed MNC’s (P&G distributor).
A good stint of 7-8 years with a mix is the best. Age not to exceed 35 years and personality should be pleasing with clean habbits.
