Job Responsibilities
• Aggressively builds bulk business and pursues new business.
• Achieves or exceeds sales goals.
• Develops and manages customer base with professional fact-based communications.
• Manages accounts and orders on a day-to-day basis.
• Works with customers to meet their needs to the best of the company's ability and
provide outstanding customer service.
Other Duties
• Prepares and processes customer orders, invoices, credit memos, certificates and import
documents.
• Provides documents as requested by customers. Works with the VP of Quality to
facilitate the document preparation.
• Processes customer complaints to deliver resolution in a timely fashion. Distributes
customer surveys. Analyzes the survey results.
• Coordinates arrangements and attends bulk tradeshows as required.
• Reads and distributes or responds to email.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned
