Position : Area Sales Manager / Deputy Area Sales Manager
Locations : Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Jaipur, Udaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Calicut.
Division : Maintenance ( Bondtite )
Industry Preference / Experience : Building Material, FMCG, FMCD, Retail, Adhesives, Chemicals & Paint Industry.
Education: Graduate / Post-graduation in management is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 - 15 Years of Experience in Channel Sales out of which min 05 yrs. team handling experience should have.
Key Responsibilities :
• Responsible for delivery overall sales of the branch through implementation of work plan.
• Responsible for capturing market insights and major initiative execution in the assigned geography
• Identifying & exploring potential market development opportunities in consultation of Field Marketing Team.
• People & Processes Management
• Driving Business Initiatives in the assigned areas
• Drive overall branch sales
• Distribution Expansion / Distribution management / Key Accounts Management
• Dealer Management
• Manage and accelerate Team Performance and motivate to achieve desired targets.
• Sales Management
• Market development
• People & Process Management
• Inventory Management & Receivables Control
• Driving Business Initiatives
• Team Management
• Should have Excellent communication, selling and negotiating skills.
