Qualifications:
• BBA or MBA in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects
