Job Purpose
Drive Secondary value and revenue growth profitably by leveraging the growth opportunities , coaching the Frontline team and managing DBRs effectively
Primary Roles & Accountabilities
Ø Deliver Secondary Value target by developing market in the assigned territory
Ø Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving annual volume/value targets
Ø Drive Cooler / rack productivity by planning deployments/redeployments of resources based on Cooler/Rack governance protocols
Ø Increase the Unique SKU count in the outlet and ensure chilled Product range availability
Ø Achieve trade spends productivity targets
Ø Conduct periodic Distributor health check to identify and trouble shoot issues for effective Distributor Management
Ø Coach CEs through Work with and One on One & Training
Ø Monitor progress against the plan in the Weekly Commitment Meetings and Monthly planning meetings , using tools like Execution planner
Skill/Attributes/Work Experience:
Ø Strong Leadership skills, experience managing larger teams
Ø Towering strength in Sales Operation and a passion for Market Execution
Ø Strong Inter-personal skills to build strategic wiring with Distributors /Customers
Ø Customer Centric mentality and approach to conducting business
Ø Strong Commercial experience ( Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance)
Ø Excellent collaboration skills to effectively represent the needs of the territory while partnering with region leaders
Ø Strong financial skills to drive / evaluate impact of various business levers
Ø Analytical skills – able to analyse events / data to optimize performance
Ø Natural inclination to build capability / Be the Head Coach for the unit team
Ø Well versed in Sales Force Automation
