Area/ Zonal Sales Manager:
As an Area/ Zonal Sales Manager, your role will be to grow the business of the company's products and services in the assigned territory/area/sub-region. The company is a pioneer in the field of Renting Medical Equipment to leading hospitals across India. The Area Manager/Zonal Manager's primary responsibility will be to grow and expand the Rental business of its medical equipment in different product segments to hospitals in his/her territory.
The KRAs will include:
• Generating and Growing Rental Revenues from existing Contracted Hospitals.
• Promoting, Negotiating, and Signing Rental Contracts with New Hospitals in the territory.
• Managing Branch Operations – Inventory Management, Credit Control, Handling Technicians,
Ensuring Timely Supplies, Monitoring Invoicing.
Required Skill sets:
Experience in Medical Equipment/Devices Sales & Business Development.
Experience in selling to Key Stake Holders in Hospitals like - Doctors, Nurses, Biomedical Engineers, Para-Medical Team, Purchase Managers, etc.
Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Relationship Management, and Credit Control. Experience in selling ICU/Critical Care Products, Medical Beds, or Hospital Furniture is desirable.
In-depth working knowledge of Hospital Equipment Sales (B2B Segment).
Exposure to handling Branch Operations will be an added advantage (though not mandatory)
Age, Educational Qualification & Experience:
Age range: 25-30 Years (for ASM), 28 – 33 Years for ZM/BDM.
Education: Science or Engineering Graduate (Non-Science Graduates can be considered provided they hold a full-time MBA in Marketing/General Management)
Experience - Average of 8 years of experience in Medical Equipment/ Medical
Devices/Healthcare Sales. Prior Experience in Hospital Sales/Institutional Sales/ B2B Segment
