Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key players in the Fintech industry.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their performance and ensure they are up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the DSA and Fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of the Fintech industry and its products and services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and customers.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales budget.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
