AREA SALES MANAGER - Telangana (Based in Hyderabad)

Any BE/B.Tech. with MBA - Marketing - (MUST QUALFICATION)

Experience should have from - Automotive / Auto Ancillary - Min. 4-6 yrs.

Exp. 8-14 yrs.

Job Responsibilities -
• Distributor offer presentation during roll-out
• Daily coordination with Distributors based on inputs from DMS Dashboard (retailer order fulfilment ~ 100%)
• Market visit based on alloted task in SFA
• New Distributor search and appointment
• Monthly Distributor Score Card review
• On field training and hand-holding of FSRs
• Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributors

Skill Set –
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Team management
• Solution selling
• Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor point

KPIs
• 100% Task compliance
• Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures
• 100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score ~ 100%)
• No distributor in credit lock

Education & Expereince –
• MBA (Mktg)
• Experience of 4-8 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management
