1. Experience in Sales in IBMS / Security & Surveillance /Entrance Control /Automation Industry.
2. Proven record of acquiring new customers and extracting business from the existing customers.
3. Product Knowledge: Electronic Security System, Automated Parking Management, Entrance Control Automation, low voltage electronic product.
4. Experience in managing sales from Large Accounts/New Markets.
5. Proven Sales consistency.
Skills Required:
1. ELV Consultant /Architects & Vendor Approvals.
2. Effective Communicator with Good Presentation Skills
3. Proactive approach
4. Ability to work in Cross‐functional alignments.
5. Good negotiation skills and a go-getter.
6. Strong understanding of Sales Process.
7. Industry understanding and good OEMs alignments.
8. New customer acquisition, Tender Analysis, Costing & Estimation, Negotiation, Project Sales ,Key Account Management.
+. Experience in handling key accounts like Real Estate, Industrial sector, power plants, Universities etc.
10. Electronic security Industry Experience would be preferable
