Job Description
Unsecured Business Loans (High Ticket Size) & Loan Against Property
• Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property & Unsecured Business Loans through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels and DSA
• Monitoring Sales Team and setting targets for them
• Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans & Business Loan in Geographical region
• Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
• Coordinating with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement.
• Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets.
• Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management
• Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
• Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
• Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
• Understand competitor's products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, and channel partners
