• Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents.
• Monitor and guide SM/TL/BDE Team and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
• Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the SM/Sales Executives / TL of attainment of budget and incentives.
• Develop strategy to acquire SA/ CA for various segments and deliver quality accounts that facilitates building healthy retail liability book.
• Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
• Cross selling of asset and 3rd Part products.
• Review existing products and Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head
• Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team
• Assist vertical head in product design
• Implementing regulatory requirements as per product norms
• Maintain liaison with Branch Managers/ Zonal Head/Departments in Zonal/ Head office for speedy resolution of problems face by branches
• Deliver product profitability as per budget by Conducting periodic performance reviews of the team
• Evaluation of performance vis-avis the competitors of the locality
• Collaborate and design the collateral, materials and formats relevant to acquire and serve the cusotmers.
