Position- Area Sales Manager
Job Location- Rajasthan
Working Days- 6 Days
Gender- Male / Female
Job Responsibilities :-
• Monitoring daily Secondary Target of the Team.
• Achieving Primary & Secondary Sales Targets.
• Review Secondary & Primary Collection during the weekly meeting.
• Review of Sales Executive DSR update on daily basis.
• Distributor Management.
• Developing the sales potential of his territory
• Quarterly review of base stock.
• Ensuring SE wise productivity
• Ensuring proper Branding at Salons
• Controlling damage stock as per the Company norms.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:-
• 4+ years experience in Salon Division
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Relationship with Distributors
• Worked on Sales Software.
