The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
We are Shrisay Medical, a leading provider of Surgical Disposable products. we are recognized by the Central Drugs Standard Control organization, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) and Government E-Marketplace.

Any Graduate with good communication and presentation skills. Must be proficient in Hindi, English and local language.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and report on sales performance
• Manage and coach sales team
• Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans
• Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
1. Must undertake field activities on regular basis.
2. Having Experiences from Surgical/Medical Disposable /Pharmaceuticals Segment.
3. Meet sales targets consistently, and define strategy to achieve these targets as per set deadlines.
3. Should be self-starter, motivated, aggressive and competitive.
4. Manage the proposal development of organization.
5. Provide analysis for evaluating new business opportunities.
7. Generate and Maintain the Business Development databases.
8. Support marketing activities, including trade etc.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
