Achievement of the Business plan Zone wise/ State wise / Area
• 7 to 10 years of experience in selling construction/infrastructure products
• Bar coupler knowledge will be an added advantage
• Should have a good understanding of territory market knowledge, consumer database, contractors, RCC consultants/ architects etc.
• Managing the sales & ensuring profitability of the same
• Ensure business growth and sales volume Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget
• Conceptualizing/designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor/architect relationship
• Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
• Managing dealer and distributor network
• Expansion of the dealer & distribution network
• Brand promotion activities to increase brand visibility in the region
• Ensuring price & credit control
• Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region
• Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
• Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition Perks and Benefits DA, PF, TA, Incentives, Insurance, Bonus
• Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: ₹6,00,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
• Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra, Delhi, Chennai, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience: total work: 7-8years (Preferred)
Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Building Material sales: 7-8 years (Preferred)
