Role Description
We are seeking full-time Area Sales Managers for an on-site role in Delhi NCR region. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas. The Area Sales Managers will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring deliverables and timelines are aligned with company goals. The Area Sales Managers will first work as individual contributors and then they will create team of their own with expansion of the business.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales manager or similar role
• Solid knowledge of sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to develop sales strategies and implement them
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in the retail FMCG or restaurant industry is a plus
• Experience with POS systems and marketing toolkits is a plus
