Job Description
To manage key customer relationship for north area, boosting secondary sales and increasing direct business relationship for Institutional/HoReCa Business. Identifying core B2B opportunities to grow B2B footprints. North area is the high contributing area for institutional business. The key responsibility and ownership will be the business growth and sustaining the front-end sales automation.
Main Accountabilities
• Ensuring execution of volume sales strategies defined for Institutional Business/HoReCa business to ensure month on month achievement of sales target (Volume).
• Handling Primary & Secondary Sales for Mumbai location.
• Local Key customer handling.
• New Customer Acquisitions & Line Extensions and product solutions.
• Ensuring stock availability and visibility
• Providing Sales & stock Forecast inputs to leadership for accurate & timely Sales planning.
• Work closely with retailer/distributors to develop & execute annual segment wise plans.
• Resolve product issues to B2B customers, Product solutions, co-ordination with R&D team to provide application solutions.
• Benchmarking market/competitors’ best practices & derive actionable recommendations from the same.
• Managing existing Distributor network for Mumbai location.
• Expansion of distribution network at strategic locations
• Ensuring stock, Bargains/ contracts and commercial hygiene
• New town Additions with targeted product line
• Bakery/FD/ Ice Cream, Confectionery, Frying industry– to boost growth for Segment wise market.
Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):
• Having good market relations and effectively communication with other support functions, Plant, CFAs, R&D and the backend team.
• Build good and healthy business relations with the Key customers & distributors, update them on emerging market trends, to build long term relationship.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies (Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the desired end results. Some examples are licenses & certifications and knowledge and abilities):
• Oil industry & Food industry knowledge.
• Ability to work in a dynamic market and demonstrate by conviction of product offerings
• Problem solving attitude & entrepreneur skills required for this position.
Education/Experience (Identify types and length of education and experience needed to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to accomplish the desired end results. Some examples are education & training, and years of experience):
• Business management degree will be preferred.
• B2B customer handling experience & FMCG Sales experience with top companies.
• Should be proficient in English, Hindi & Local Language. Basic Computer knowledge is must –MS Excel, MS Word, PPT Presentation & Email communication
