This vacancy is for our client, a reputed adhesive brand of 40 years based in mumbai with All India operations We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our sales team . The candidate should be from Adhesives, footwear, foam, fabrics , mattresses experience.
Job description: Follow Annual goals and objectives for self and team set by the company. Supervising Distributors on day to day basis. Conducting accompaniment calls. Travelling entire state to develop new markets. Develop a business strategy with positioning. Executive effective Distribution, communication strategy. Planning and achieving Sales Targets. Evaluating and recommending new distributors. Monitoring distributors’ credit control mechanism and supporting him. Allocating time to visit all the distributors’ markets regularly. Review orders market, ensure supplies to distributor and monitor payment flow from him. Implement sales promotion schemes, distributor engagement. machine operators, contractors etc. Comprehend competitor strategies in the market and design counter measures. Implement them after RSM / BU Head’s approval
