What are the Key Deliverables in this role ? Financial Outcomes Define & execute overall territory sales plan, capturing market growth opportunities with clear focus on profitability.
Recruit distributors and effectively engage with them to ensure complete adherence to process compliances.

Customer Service Liaise with machine vendor for service related issues, if escalated beyond customer supportBuild and leverage strong relationships with key customers (Distributors, Machine Vendors, Consumable vendors) IInternal Processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Supply chain, logistics, CFA and customer support to ensure quality market service.
Collaborate with marketing team & execute actions at customer level. Innovation and Learning Provide market intelligence input to marketing team, constantly monitor competitor actions in the market. Efficiently work in the market for 18-20 days in a month to drive business agenda. Generally operating from state HQ/CFA townWhat are the Critical success factors for the Role ? 4-8 years of relevant work experience Deep understanding of the market with the ability to map & identify the lower hanging fruit and build a plan to aggressively acquire it Track record in acquiring new accounts consistently in the vending business and building strong relationships by virtue of which the candidate comes with the ability to get immediate results Aggressive growth mind set, one who is not limited by constraints particularly in a new business Ability to roll up sleeves and go above & beyond to acquire and retain business The ability to ensure success of the team by providing guidance and training What are the Desirable success factors for the Role ? Experience in beverage vending sales Proven experience in managing sales and distribution in a corporate vending setup Team management experience Familiarity with the consumer goods industry Strong business acumen
