???? Designation: Area Sales Manager
???? Experience: 10–15 Years
???? Qualification: Graduate
???? Team Handling: Minimum 4 years of experience
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive performance across sourcing, documentation, and disbursal of AHF files.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end process from sourcing to loan disbursement of AHF files.
• Build and manage relationships with 50+ DSAs and channel partners.
• Daily field visits with the team to nurture and expand channel relationships.
• Understand various AHF programs like Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Product, NIP/LIP, etc.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all login activities.
• Meet assigned disbursal targets in line with credit policies.
• P&L understanding and basic financial analysis.
• Recognized performer in previous roles.
Skills & Competencies:
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Housing Finance sector
✅ Proven leadership & adaptability
✅ Willingness to travel
