And also manufacture Solar Panels & have some presence in real estate. Job Purpose:Lead, plan and manage all Sales Activity, within the Food Processing Marketing function to drive new product and business development, sales and promotional activities of all Food brands and products within the target markets in order to maximize revenues and market share while establishing a strong and stable brand. Job Responsibility:Handling sales for the entire region of Ahmedabad, both City & District.Handling a team of sales staff.Submitting regular reports of his working.Achieving targets that are given by the company.Will report to I/C Sales head.Qualification:MBA (Marketing) Desired Skill:At least 5 years of experience in Marketing of FMCG Products, of which at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the Food Processing sector or in a similar environment.Multi-functional operational management experience.Deep knowledge of business workflows, operations processes and systems.Experience of developing strategic plans for service-based industry.Strong experience in project management and the execution of complex projects that are critical to the delivery of business strategies and goals.Regional exposure and retail background are a plus.Innovative and conceptual thinkingHighly skilled in aligning goals with strategic directionIn depth knowledge of business objectives, operations and of the regional laws and regulationsStrategic thinkingAbility to drive organizational climate/culture, Knowledge of financial managementStrong mentoring and coaching skills, Communication and influencing skillsProject management & Team leadership skillsWorking Conditions:Work from Office Why should you consider this opportunity Opportunity to work with highly professional people with excellent working culture.
