Role Description
Sheetal Cool Products Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee and develop sales territories in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Demonstrable experience in sales strategy development and implementation
• Ability to drive results in a highly entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Fluency in English and local language is necessary
• Willingness to travel as required
