Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services.
• Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, sales planning, and budgeting activities for the assigned territory.
