Job Description
Responsible for developing the area which includes sales, capturing of market insights and effectively implementing Key initiatives in assigned geographies in the areas of Distribution expansion, Dealer Management & Sales Operation.- Plan and ensure achievement of sales objectives (volume/value, product, territory wise, new/focus product) along with ensuring money rotation in the market
Increasing distribution by identifying right set of outlets and increasing number of outlets served.
Criteria:-
Must have atleast 5 Yrs of work experience in sales (FMCG).
Should be aware of categories like Muesli,Oats,Chocos and healthy bars.
Must Have knowledge of SFA,DMS,claim settlement,Distributor management,GTM planning etc.
Strong grasp on sales geography and ability to place products in right set of outlets
Must be willing to work in start-up culture
Ability to lead the team and go-getter
Working knowledge of MS Excel
