Area Sales Manager |ASM|
Role in EBO
1. Managing existing Franchisee stores of company , ensure primary/secondary sales are delivered as per ABP.
2. Manage collection from stores as per payment terms.
3. Follow company SOP & execute best practices in stores with regards to VM/Stock/Training etc
4. Open new franchisee stores & achieve store opening Targets as per ABP
5. Execute marketing activities & other promotions as per company parameters.
6. Travel to all existing stores on monthly basis & meet new prospects.
7. Maintain relationship with store managers & franchisee owners.
8. Share competition information & schemes with company.
Role in LFS
1. Managing existing LFS counters & managing all FAs at store level. Ensuring secondary targets are met as per store.
2. Visiting all existing stores & newly added stores on monthly basis & ensuring the company SOP of stocks/VM are maintained.
3. Executing company offers & promotions in store effectively & providing feedback on competition activities & other in store challenges.
4. Instrumental in man management, from managing FAs , to store DMs & also store SMs.
5. Instrumental in hiring manpower in stores where there is no manpower & ensuring there is no disconnect in business cycle.
Good To Have-s:
1. Working knowledge of excel
2. Presentable
3. Should have minimum 4 years experience in EBO managing & preferably Franchisee stores.
4. Should have no issues in travelling 20 days a month minimum.
5. Local language is must.
6. Should have geographical understanding of state.
