JOB DESCRIPTION
• Driving business goals by onboarding distributors and retailers for the region
• Liaising with regional office and zonal office teams of anchor FMCG Brands.
• Responsible for generating revenue through sourcing business through FMCG Distributors.
• Minimum 15-day market visit in a month
• Liaising with regional office and zonal office teams of anchor FMCG Brands.
• Training and capability building of SOs
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
• Excellent selling & negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Regional language
QUALIFICATION AND EPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Graduation + MBA (preferably)
• 10+ years of experience in the FMCG Sector
• Experience in the geography
