Established in 200+, our state-of-art manufacturing facility is located at Roorkee, Uttarakhand about 4 hours from the Indian capital, New Delhi. Since inception, we have been prototyping, designing, developing, and manufacturing high-quality plastic products for use in life science laboratories around the world. In addition to plastics, we also market a large variety of benchtop instruments and products for safety & utilities for use in the laboratory.
We are an ISO +001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016 certified company and CE marked. We are one of the select manufacturers from India that has IVD certification on certain products and are also represented by Obelis as its EC REP in Europe. We follow intense quality control measures, audits, and periodic reviews to ensure our plant, warehouse, and maintenance system run effectively and efficiently leaving no compromise on the quality served to the end-user.
Job Description
We are hiring an As Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Assistant Area Sales Manager (AASM) for Jaipur, Rajasthan . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
• To Achieve / Monitor the Sales Target monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Key Account / Customer Development.
• Distributors Network Development.
• Sub-Dealers Network Development.
• Monitoring Competitor Activity.
• Motivate the Dealers and their sales team to generate the maximum business.
• Coordination Between Customer-Distributor-Company.
• Handle the customer & distributor’s complaints.
• The main responsibility is Secondary sales generation and converting into Primary sales.
• Promotional Activity of Products through Seminars & Road Shows in Territory.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Science.
• Bachelors/ Master in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Previous experience in technical sales
• Previous Life Science industry experience
Experience
2-4 years in the same field of Life Science / Biotechnology.
