Ø Achieving sales targets by acquiring new client relationships.
Ø Dealing with Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Personal Loan, and Business Loan through DSA & Direct Sourcing.
Ø To achieve sales target in a given period.
Ø Recruit Independent Advisors like CA, Free Lancer, Builders, and DSA’s.
Ø Train and develop the advisors.
Ø Lead generation through marketing Activities & generating profits through cross-selling.
• Revenue generation through All the financial products & cross selling
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in Loans
• Previous industry experience
