Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for maximizing Anarock’s sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents.
•Managing the entire team assigned and driving revenue targets through them.
• Actively liaise with the marketing team and to manage the lead flow amongst the team members.
• Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
• Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
• Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection
• Train and evaluate the performance of the team (8 to 10 employees)
