Designation : Area Sales Manager
Key Skills Set :
1. Job Responsibilities : Responsible for Appointment of Dealers
in assigned area.
2. Month on Month repetition of orders from dealers.
3. Vertical and Horizontal growth of existing and new dealers.
4. Daily new calls with new appointment of dealers preferably from
Battery, Tyre, Tractor, EV or 2 Wheeler Dealers of Automobiles.
(Minimum 5 new calls daily)
5. The entire business model will run on cash and carry.
6. Daily reporting with morning plan and achievement for the day.
7. Focus on secondary sales of dealers.
8. Dealer network to be developed by sales person in coordination with
Dealer. In District Head Quarter we will have main Dealers and at Tehsil
and Sub Tehsil level we will have sub dealers under that dealer.
9. The entire State will have this model to drive Primary and Secondary and
Tertiary Sales.
10. Attending customer complaints and assigning to the particular
department and follow up will be required.
11. Coordination with internal and external customers.
12. MIS management on day to day basis.
13. Inventory levels of dealers to be maintained as per the sales increment.
14. New innovations to be implemented for getting higher secondary’s at
dealer level so that we can plan higher primaries.
