Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.

• Ensure efficient distribution and availability of products within the area.
• Implement and oversee promotional activities to drive sales.
• Reporting and Analysis:

• Use data to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices.
• Budget Management:
• Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 6 years in a managerial role within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
