Urgent requirements in HDFC Life Insurance(On Roll) for Guwahati Location.
Position/Designation:
Agency Development Manager/Agency channel.
Experience- Minimum 2 Yrs Maximum 6yrs in Life insurance or BFSI (Banking Finance and Insurance sector),Pharma,Retail sales,Field sales experience with ON PAPER(Relieving or Experience letter) is mandatory.
CTC- 3.5LPA to 5LPA(AS per experience )
Previous/current Company Relieving or Experience letter is Mandatory.
Minimum Graduate is compulsory.
Roles and responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment-
The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors from own source/network and build up the agency business.
Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by
setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them
in their career path with HDFC Life Insurance.
Drive sales for the company through their team of life
advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the
goals set forth by the company.
Selection process-
. Assessment or Aptitude test.
