Job Description
Build, manage and motivate sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets of the
company.
Responsible for building, maintaining, and converting a strong sales pipeline.
Plan, strategize, lead, and monitor marketing and sales of SaaS product.
Responsible for maintaining and developing the Client Relationships for existing and new
clients.
Effectively communicate with clients through proposals and presentations and be
responsible for understanding their business needs and objectives including negotiating with
clients, Communicating client feedback to technical team.
Researching, developing, and executing strategic plans for social media marketing.
Should be able to help in creating Customer Support Team when specific target of SaaS
growth achieved.
Responsible for Initiating partnership to accomplish revenue targets.
Bring positive change & growth to the business with your Strong analytical, organizational,
and creative thinking skills.
Skills Required:
Prior experience in sales and marketing.
Preferred leader will be someone who already tried or aspiring to try entrepreneurship
seeking to collaborate with a highly efficient technical team.
Prior experience with SaaS sales/marketing and Custom software sales/marketing.
Result-oriented with proper metrics.
Ability to remotely develop and maintain Client Relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Experience/proficiency of the funding process will be an added advantage.
Experience with deadlines, changing priorities and presentation as a professional team
player with a customer-first” attitude.
