• Validation of mcr and chemist list
• Recruitment and retention
• Vacant territory management
• Induction of new joinee
• Ensure effective joint field working
• Core customer relationship
• On the job training of MR
• Manage group events
• Monitoring field activities of team
• Effective adequate territorial coverage
• Ensuring total coverage as per divisional standards of customers
• Checking & controlling of tour plan & deviations as per STP
• Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs
• Suggesting, addition, deletion & restructuring of territory
• Ensure effective distribution by: proper stockiest management, operations,
strategies & inputs
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
• Previous sales and management experience
• Experience using sales tracking software
