Designation: Area Sales Manager
Location: Jaipur
Coverage Area: Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh
Product Segment: Aesthetic – Dermatology
Sales Experience : min. 4 to 8 years

Our client is a global leader in the field of minimally invasive clinical solutions for the Surgical, Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets, and is a world-renowned expert in developing and commercializing innovative energy-based technologies, including Laser, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Radiofrequency (RF). For nearly 50 years, Client’s ground-breaking products have redefined medical treatments and have set numerous technological and clinical gold-standards. Client has successfully created solutions for previously untreatable conditions, as well as designed advanced technologies that have revolutionized existing treatment methods in each one of the verticals, they operate in.
Skills Required:
• Promote Clients Lasers in the region.
• Responsible for Sales Team for Aesthetic BU for region
• Manage Channel Partners and continuously work with their staff on day-to-day basis
• To look for newer business potential, better product positioning and effective Market development activities
• To work in Govt. Hospitals from Grass root level, to incorporate specifications in Tenders, negotiation, and implementation
• Attend Workshops/Demos
• Prepare competition reports for the region.
• Negotiations and Independent order finalization
• Handle Business volume of defined for ASM
• Direct Sales and marketing of Products
Candidate Profile:
• Progressive track record of Target achievement.
• Sales experience (~4-8 years) in the healthcare/medical device field in Aesthetics
• Experience working within multinational business organizations
• Must have experience in selling Capital equipment
• Experience in the medical laser market in general and/or in the fields of Aesthetics
• Ability to interact with senior management /CEO ‘s of big hospitals
