Recruit and Activate team of financial consultant's support/ train them and enable them to procure insurance policies from the market as per plan Provide on the job training manage and monitor performance of team so that they can achieve their goals.
Establish long-term business relationship with customers.
Conduct meeting with reporting agents on a non-going basis Generate revenue and acquire new customers either face to face or digitally.
