Key Responsibilities :
• Complete responsibility of sales for Uttar Pradesh
• Map the market, understand client needs and develop the revenue pipeline in alignment with the business development strategy
• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and capitalize on the same
• Negotiate and close contracts/ agreements with clients, in alignment to Hemogenomics commercial and pricing policy
• Establish Hemogenomics as a preferred diagnostics partner, farming existing client relationships and ensuring growth in client revenues YoY
• Ensure all client, prospects, sales pipeline and industry data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM/ERP and required Sales
• reports are submitted in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring timey submission of reports and build a consistent communication channel through sales meetings and review
• Create awareness about Hemogenomics among the medical fraternity and various other key stake holders
• Manage and develop customer relationship whereby ensuring sustained customer relation and a complete customer satisfaction
• Ensure retention of all accounts of Hemogenomics
• Responsible for cross departmental collaboration across the organization in order to ensure smooth operations
